We use the DWP’s own Attendance Allowance claim and send it in the normal way. The DWP makes the decision, just as it would if you applied alone.

Being straight with you
You can claim Attendance Allowance yourself, for free. Citizens Advice and Age UK give free help, and the DWP helpline on 0800 731 0122 will post you a form.
Our service is for people who would rather have someone do it with them, carefully and without fuss. We can never promise an award, because the DWP makes every decision.

What does “no win, no fee” mean?
You pay nothing to start, and nothing while we work on your claim. Our fee is £299, and you only pay it if the DWP awards you Attendance Allowance. If they say no, you owe us nothing. One fixed fee, paid once. We don’t take a percentage of your award, and nothing ever comes out of your future payments.
When would I pay, and how?
Only after you get a letter from the DWP saying you’ve been awarded. The fee is due 14 days after the date of that letter. You can pay by card using our secure Stripe payment link, or by bank transfer. Both are on the Pay invoice page.
What if the DWP says no?
Then you pay nothing at all. There is no charge for our time.
How much could I get?
There are two rates. From April 2026 they are £76.70 a week and £114.60 a week. The rate depends on how much help you need, and whether you need help at night. It’s tax-free.
Will my savings or pension stop me getting it?
No. Your income, savings and home don’t count. It doesn’t matter how much money you have.
I mostly manage. Is it still worth applying?
Often, yes. If you manage slowly, with pain, or in a way that isn’t safe, you may still qualify. It’s about the help you need, even if nobody helps you now.
Can I arrange this for someone else?
Yes. Lots of our calls are with a son, daughter, partner, friend or neighbour, with the person claiming joining in on speakerphone. The person claiming needs to agree to the claim and check what it says.
Do I need a computer or email?
No. Everything can be done over the phone. If anything needs signing, we’ll post it to you with the place to sign clearly marked.
Will it affect my other benefits?
Attendance Allowance doesn’t reduce your own benefits. It can even increase Pension Credit, Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction. If a family member then claims Carer’s Allowance for looking after you, that can change things, so we’ll talk you through it.
Why pay you if I can claim for free?
You don’t have to. The form is long, and many people find it hard to explain their needs in the way the DWP looks for. We do these forms all the time. Some people simply prefer to have it done properly for them.
What if I live in Scotland or Northern Ireland?
We only help people in England and Wales. Scotland now has Pension Age Disability Payment instead, and Northern Ireland has its own system. The checker above will point you to the right place.
Is my information kept safe?
